Our Team
Together, Megan and Josh love working side by side and traveling the world. They share a passion for meaningful experiences and adventures, whether on a wedding day or while exploring somewhere new.
Meet Megan
Megan is a Cape Cod–based educator, wedding coordinator, and travel planner. She grew up on the Cape, spent time living and teaching abroad, and now teaches locally while also working in the wedding industry. She loves helping couples fully enjoy their wedding day without worrying about the details.
Outside of weddings, Megan is an avid traveler who has visited more than 35 countries and loves designing curated trips and honeymoons. Whether the goal is adventure, relaxation, romance, or cultural immersion, she creates itineraries that reflect her clients' unique styles and priorities. She also enjoys helping travelers make their trips more accessible and intentional by maximizing credit card points and miles.
Meet Josh
Josh is Megan’s husband and partner in Vows & Ventures. He works locally in operations for a large Cape-based company that hosts hundreds of events each year, where he supports logistics and behind-the-scenes event coordination. At weddings, Josh assists Megan with day of coordination, helping with setup, breakdown, timeline management, and whatever is needed to keep the day running smoothly.
Outside of weddings, Josh is a multi-instrumentalist and musician, playing guitar, piano, and recently developing a love for the harmonica. He loves to travel, hike, and write songs and short stories.

Travel and honeymoon planning is designed to help travelers focus on the experience, not the logistics. From adventurous getaways and cultural journeys to relaxing escapes and romantic honeymoons, each itinerary is carefully designed around the client’s priorities, interests, and budget.
